Central Pest Control has recently invested in innovative new software provided by eDuce Software Ltd in order to enhance the already excellent service levels we provide to our customers.
eDuce’s Scheduling-Management System enables us to link all operational aspects of our business, providing us with integrated scheduling, timesheets, enquiry logging, quotes, job reports and invoicing, as well as tracking material purchases and costs.
The System gives us profitability reports by job type, customer, date range, staff member and department, plus financial reports, all of which are essential in keeping us up to date and allowing us to concentrate on our clients’ well-being in real time.
