Nine Enforcement Orders Served In April
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has reported that seven Closure Orders, one Improvement Order and one Prohibition Order were served on food businesses during the month of April for breaches of food safety legislation, pursuant to the FSAI Act, 1998 and the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 2010. The Enforcement Orders were issued by environmental health officers in the Health Service Executive.
I have dealt with the Central Pest Control crew for a number of years. Their determination and work ethic are the key reasons for their success. In short, thoroughly decent chaps and I wish them all the best for the future.
