  • Bad Buzz As Wasp Numbers Set To Rise
Author: Central Pest Control | Friday 27/06/2014
The fine weather we’ve been enjoying across Ireland in recent weeks means that wasp queens have emerged from their slumber earlier than normal and have been busy laying thousands of wasp eggs across the country.
This ‘headstart’ they’ve been given means they have a longer period in which to lay their eggs this summer – which in turn means a spike in wasp numbers is highly likely in July and August.
If you spot a wasps’ nest on your premises – be it residential or commercial – do NOT attempt to remove it yourself: call a professional instead!
