  • Wasp Nest Removal
Author: Central Pest Control | Tuesday 08/05/2018

Unfortunately the rise in temperatures brings more wasps. If you are experiencing high numbers of wasps in your home or garden there is likely to be a wasp nest nearby, perhaps in your garden, on your property or close by. Having wasp nests around your house can pose a danger to your kids, pets and family.

In general, these buzzing guys are not aggressive. That is unless of course one attempts to threaten their nests. This is not to say that they are not entirely harmless . For anyone who has experienced a sting, it can be extremely painful. Not to alarm anyone but a sting can be sometimes fatal because it produces a deadly anaphylactic reaction in some people who have allergies.

Keeping the above in mind, removing wasps from your property is not a DIY project. Wasp removal requires skills, expertise, and protective equipment. Carrying out pest control for wasps by yourself is not recommended. You should always contact a wasp removal company. Call Central Pest Control today if you discover a wasps’ nest. We will survey the affected area and remove the nest safely, efficiently and completely. Get in touch by calling 1890 906195 or email us info@centralpestcontrol.ie.

For some, it might seem like a good thing to look (and smell) like a fragrant flower. But if you want to keep wasps at bay, this is something you’ll want to avoid. Their eyesight is designed in such a way that they can identify colourful flowers. The brighter the better. You wear a super bright top, the wasp may just mistake you for a flower…enough said!
