Wildlife Control

Working closely with our specialist partners, Central Pest Control offers extensive wildlife-management and consultancy services to a wide range of clients in both the urban and rural environment. We provide effective and humane solutions to any wildlife problem you may be experiencing.

Habitat management is always the first option when assessing a wildlife problem. Solutions such as bird proofing, urban-fox proofing and distress-call systems work very well with certain species in in certain areas. However, sometimes the problem can be at infestation levels, which means that the initial infestation needs to be removed in order to begin wildlife management through other methods. We remove infestations by the most humane methods and ensure that problem wildlife is reduced to a manageable level.

Due to rapid breeding cycles, species such as rabbits, grey squirrels and feral pigeons tend to reach infestation levels once they inhabit a suitable area. These animals are all classed as a nuisance species and can be extremely problematic when at infestation level.

If urban-fox proofing or exclusion is not a viable solution for problem urban foxes, we also offer a fox-removal service.

All our removal programmes are carried out in accordance with the Wildlife (Amendment) Act (2000) and animal-welfare legislation.

Victoria Armstrong / Business Communications Consultant, Three Ireland

I have dealt with the Central Pest Control crew for a number of years. Their determination and work ethic are the key reasons for their success. They are highly motivated pest-control professionals who always listen to their customers. Honest and open in their dealings with people, they never lose sight of the bigger picture. In short, thoroughly decent chaps and I wish them all the best for the future.
